Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Torqd Carbon ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of North America who are able to receive shipments at a valid residential or business address.

Participants must own or have access to a vehicle compatible with a custom steering wheel installation.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date announced by Torqd Carbon and ends when all designated Giveaway T-Shirts have been sold.

The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if necessary.

4. How to Enter

Participants will receive one (1) giveaway entry for each eligible Giveaway T-Shirt purchased through the official Torqd Carbon website during the giveaway period.

There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may receive.

Only designated Giveaway T-Shirts qualify for giveaway entries.

Refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders will not qualify for entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a custom steering wheel manufactured according to specifications agreed upon between the winner and Torqd Carbon.

Customization options may include, but are not limited to:

  • Carbon fiber finishes

  • Leather or Alcantara materials

  • Stitching colors

  • Accent colors

  • Additional customization options offered by Torqd Carbon

The approximate retail value of the prize may vary depending on the selected configuration.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

After the giveaway concludes, one winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing may be conducted live on Instagram or another platform designated by Torqd Carbon.

The Sponsor's decision is final.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during checkout.

The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification.

If the selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Shipping

Shipping of the custom steering wheel prize is included.

The winner is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, registration fees, or local governmental charges required by their jurisdiction.

9. Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that Torqd Carbon may use their first name, city, province/state, photographs, social media content, and winner announcement information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

10. General Conditions

Torqd Carbon reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Terms & Conditions, or engages in fraudulent conduct.

Torqd Carbon reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any technical issue, fraud, or other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Torqd Carbon, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Acceptance of Rules

By purchasing a Giveaway T-Shirt and participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Torqd Carbon.
